About Ignite the Night Firefighters Ball

General Event Information

• Who is invited? Current and retired from any department within Cumberland County, and members of partner agencies.

• Is this event open to the public? All First responders from Cumberland County and neighboring departments and their guests.

• Do I need to buy tickets in advance? Yes, Tickets go on sale July 1, 2026.

• Can I bring a guest/date/spouse? Yes, all are welcome to purchase a ticket for a plus 1.

• What time should we arrive? Doors open at 5PM.

• Where is the event being held? Embassy Suites, 4760 Lake Valley Dr, Fayetteville.

• What is the attire? Want to show off your department pride? Wear your Class A uniform, but if you prefer to be incognito, you can wear black tie.

• Is there assigned seating? No, you can seat yourself unless you purchase an entire table.

• Will there be food and drinks? Yes, there will be a formal, plated dinner and several cash bars all evening.

• Are kids allowed? While we love kids, this is an adult-only event.

Entertainment and Activities

• Will there be music and dancing? Yes! There will be a DJ from Five Star Entertainment and a dance floor.

• Is there a photographer or photo booth? Yes, there will be professional red carpet photos available for purchase, along with a photo booth. There will also be a roaming photographer taking candid photos.

Logistics and Parking

• Is there on-site parking? Yes, there is ample parking at the hotel/conference center.

• Is there a hotel group rate? Yes, the group rate will be available soon.

Sponsorship and Donations

• Where will the money raised go? Money raised will go to support firefighters to reach and access mental health services, and will go towards hosting future events.
